1. Storing files on www.addmybest.com
You can easily store all kinds of files in our database. These files will always be available for you to share with your partners or friends anytime, anywhere and any type of compute, PC or Apple.

All your files are stored in the format that you created or received them. To view files and to broadcast them our Universal Converter converts your files automatically, For example, documents or e-books in PDF format will be automatically converted into HTML5, which makes it easy for you to share, sell or place them on your account page. You also can use them in Flash format for displaying your files during an AGAVOO video call.

We will give first five thousand customers who have registered on our website 15 GB of file storage for free.

2. How to share files:
To share your files with others they must be registered on www.addmybest.com. Once they are registered you can add them to your contact list, and you will be automatically added you to their contact list. Very easy!

Go to the "My documents" in "My account”, explained later, where your files are stored. Here you can share your files.

Open the folder containing the files put a checkmark in the files that you want to share. Click the green button "Share" (see figure).

Your partner will be able to see forwarded your file in the folder Share (see figure).

This folder also contains Digital Goods you bought on the AddMyBest Market Place. (In the subfolder "Bought")

3. How do I add a new contact in my contact list:
Register on the site www.addmybest.com; after registering you will receive a password by email. This can be changed.
  Login - your email address. Enter your password

Go to "Search" - top right. In the search bar type your new contact, for example, "Leon Bukhmiller"

Search results show Leon Bukhmiller’s profile, click on the profile then click the "Add to contact list" button.

Have your friend, Leon, do the same thing and add you to their contact list. The connection is now created. You and your contact will be able to call each other by videophone, broadcast and share each other files, and create a video conference with other registered users attached to your contact list.

4. How to make a video call:
Log on, add people you want to call to the contact list (you must be on their contact list) Now you are ready to go. After logging in,


press the blue button "AGAVOO", the flash interface will pop up. Click “allow” to turn your camera and microphone. On the right is a list of those you have connected to your account.


Click “Allow”

If a person's name is highlighted, it means that this person is online and you can call this person on the video phone. To make a call just press the letter "a".
After a single click on the letter "a" Your contact will see a popup window labeled "Accept" and "Decline"

After pressing the "Accept" button, video connections will be made and you can see each other and talk.
If some people have no video camera, then the connection will occur only in audio mode. You will still have the ability to broadcast video to people who have video cameras and share files, audio files, photos, images and documents.

5. Phone calls

6. Translation of files in a video or audio communication.

7. Create a video conference.

  • Create a video connection to the first person.
  • Add more people by clicking on the "+" button.

You can up to 10 people on the videoconference.

8. Text chat
At the bottom of the screen there is button "Chat" By pressing it; you'll be able to communicate with everyone via text messaging.

9. System requirements:
To participate in a videoconference with three or more members, each must use a headset with a microphone or you can use attached speakers and a separate microphone.
